Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final, unless customer received defective or damaged items.
If customer received defective or damaged items at the time of deliver:
i.e. out of the box. The term "defective" means unable to
run, take a charge or other defect that renders the unit nonfunctional,
We ask you to give us the opportunity to resolve the problem. In many
instances a simple adjustment or minor repair will solve the problem.

Scootngo will gladly replace any defective parts within 30 days from
the date of purchase. SCOOTNGO will supply, at no charge, new or rebuilt,
at SCOOTNGOs option, replacement parts in exchange for defective parts.
Contact bill@scootngo.com for details.We will only exchange parts with
in 30 days starting from the day the customer received product. Products
must be postmarked within 30 days of this time, if not we will be unable
to exchange customer's defective products. Items must be returned in
their original packaging including manuals and accessories. If items
are missing we will charge customer for missing items.
Keep the customer section of the invoice that came with the shipment
for your records. To return a defective Item contact bill@ScootNGo.com
for a return address.
Taxes
ScootNGo.com collects sales tax for items being shipped to Washington
State only. We do not collect taxes for shipment to any other states.
