We believe in the quality of our craftsmanship. To ensure you feel secure from day one, every ScootNGo scooter comes with a complimentary 1-year limited warranty.
Whether you are navigating the neighborhood or running errands, we’ve got you covered. This warranty reflects our confidence in our scooters' durability and our dedication to your mobility.
- Coverage: Protects against manufacturing defects in core components.
- Simple Process: We aim to make claims as stress-free as possible so you can get back to your routine.
This warranty is not transferable in any way and may not be exercised by anyone other than the original retail buyer (hereafter BUYER) of the PRODUCTS, only if the BUYER has retained constant ownership of the PRODUCTS since their original purchase of the PRODUCTS and only to PRODUCTS purchased in new condition either.
- A 1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, lights)
- Mobility scooter frame: Lite & Comfort - 1-year warranty; Folo - 5-year warranty
