    Great scooter

I'm reviewing the scooter and go lite. I wanted to wait til I had tried it out before writing this. First of all Daniel was wonderful to deal with my scooter arrived in a week. Secondly on dry grass, pavement, gravel etc it works great. Thirdly I'm in Canada and oh look low and behold we get snow. Now the scootngo lite comes with plastic wheels and we all know what happens with plastic and snow no traction just spun. I asked if they had a rubber tire replacement but they dont have one at this time. I went to Amazon and bought a roll of rubber tape put a wrap on the back wheels and bingo I now have traction on snow and ice. All being said I would have give 5 stars had it not been for the traction issue. I would highly recommend this scooter to anyone wanting to get out and do more even if your mobility is limited. Just one more note I am 5ft 9 and able to use this comfortably. I am able to load it and unloaded it in my vechical by myself. Batteries last really well and it has lots of power. Thank you scootngo for making my life easier. Holly

    Scootngo Lite

My mom loves her scooter! It’s lightweight, compact, and comes with two batteries for long-distance travel. It was also very easy to assemble right out of the box. Thank you, Scootngo!

    Impressive Little Machine

I got the Scootngo Lite for my father-in-law, who is recovering from a knee replacement surgery. He was smiling like a kid when riding it! I like that the scooter folds into a very compact shape that takes less space in the trunk of the car, unlike the handle/seat foldable designs. I like that there are two removable batteries with the capacity well-below the 300Wh airline limit. The accessories are well-thought-out: I got the rear bag; the bottle cage and cover are on order. One minor nit: the spacing of the velcro strips on the seat and seatpad did not match, so I had to manually reattach the strips on the seat. Overall, this is an impressively engineered scooter, which should greatly help my father-in-law to recover.

    Love my Lite scooter

So easy to unpack & set up. Had a few concerns about wheel lever and contacted Customer Service. Nico was very quick to respond to each of my emails,. He asked for videos of attempts to engage lever. After several back & forth emails with Nico, I understood that since my scooter was in drive mode, putting the scooter in neutral to move, although convenient, was not necessary since when folded up scooter moved perfectly.

I love the scooter, but Nico's responsiveness convinced me this company cares about its customers.
