At SCOOTNGO, we take great pride in the quality and durability of our products. Every mobility scooter we sell is backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, ensuring peace of mind with your purchase.
Welcome to the warranty service of our mobility scooters. This document elaborates on the details of the warranty plan, including coverage information, claim application guidelines, cancellation policies, etc.

Initial Warranty Period & Covered Products
This warranty applies only to products, parts, and components (hereafter PRODUCTS) that have been manufactured, assembled, or sold in new condition by SCOOTNGO. It covers replacement or repair in case of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship, subject to the exclusions, limitations, and procedures explained below.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original retail buyer (hereafter BUYER) who has retained constant ownership of the PRODUCTS since their original purchase in new condition.
Our initial warranty periods vary by model as outlined below:
- Mobility Scooter Voyager
- Mobility Scooter Lite
- Mobility Scooter Comfort
- Mobility Scooter Folo
1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, lights).
1-year warranty on the mobility scooter frame.

Extended Warranty Period
If you wish to continue enjoying our warranty service after the original warranty period expires, you may purchase an extended warranty plan.
The extended warranty begins automatically once the original warranty period ends. For example, if your product includes a 1-year or 5-year original warranty, purchasing a 1-year extended warranty will add 1 additional year of coverage after the original warranty expires.
The coverage provided under the extended warranty remains the same as the original warranty, including the types of parts covered.
Note: No official warranty is provided for used or secondhand mobility scooters.

What is the shipping time?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days, and delivery takes about 3-7 business days depending on your address. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Can l use medical insurance for purchase?
Sorry, we currently do not support purchases with medical insurance.
Can l buy an extended warranty?
Yes. You can purchase an extended warranty separately. Please note the order number when placing an order or contact cs@scootngo.com to complete the purchase.
Can I pay in installments?
We support installment payments through Klarna, Shop Pay, and Afterpay. If you encounter any payment issues, please contact our customer service team cs@scootngo.com for assistance.
Can l take the scooter on an airplane?
The Lite and Folo models are designed for travel and can be taken on an airplane. Please note that the battery must be carried with you, and the scooter can only be checked in after the battery has been removed.
The Comfort model, however, is not suitable for air travel.
To avoid any unexpected issues, we strongly recommend checking with your airline in advance, as policies and regulations may vary.
How long does charging take?
Lite: The battery takes about 4-5 hours to fully charge one battery.
Folo: The battery takes about 5-6 hours to fully charge.
Comfort: The battery takes about 8-10 hours to fully charge.
How to check battery indicator lights?
Lite: 2 red + 3 green lights = fully charged.
Comfort/Folo:5 green + 2 yellow + 1 red = fully charged.
What can I do if my scooter doesn't power on?
Please make sure that the battery switch and the red brake handle switch are turned on before starting. lf you still cannot start the scooter after trying, please contact cs@scootngo.com.

I switched to the ScootnGo Lite after my 3-wheel travel scooter became too unstable as my disability progressed. After tipping over a few times, I had lost confidence in traveling. Although the turning radius isn’t as tight as my old scooter, the added stability is well worth the trade off. It’s incredibly compact when folded, and I honestly wish I had bought it sooner. I’ve only tested it around my neighbourhood so far, but it’s already given me the confidence to start traveling again. I’m also hopeful that, because of its compact size, airlines may be able to store it in the cabin closet instead of the cargo hold, reducing the worry of damage. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Product is as described. It is easy and convenient to fold and unfold. I took it through the airport to the gate. It is more a two person job lifting into trunks. Scooter is a Sturdy ride. 6mph is a nice quick pace. The automatic brakes and cruise control are super responsive. Back support and armrest help with sitting fatigue. Batteries are easy and convenient to remove .

Took it on my cruise last week and it was the best thing I ever had. It folds up smaller than my suitcase and I think it weighed less got into every groove into on the cruise. Got many many miles out of it. Best thing I ever bought would recommend it highly
