At SCOOTNGO, we take great pride in the quality and durability of our products. Every mobility scooter we sell is backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, ensuring peace of mind with your purchase.
Welcome to the warranty service of our mobility scooters. This document elaborates on the details of the warranty plan, including coverage information, claim application guidelines, cancellation policies, etc.

Initial Warranty Period & Covered Products
This warranty applies only to products, parts, and components (hereafter PRODUCTS) that have been manufactured, assembled, or sold in new condition by SCOOTNGO. It covers replacement or repair in case of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship, subject to the exclusions, limitations, and procedures explained below.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original retail buyer (hereafter BUYER) who has retained constant ownership of the PRODUCTS since their original purchase in new condition.
Our initial warranty periods vary by model as outlined below:
- Mobility Scooter Voyager
- Mobility Scooter Lite
- Mobility Scooter Comfort
- Mobility Scooter Folo
1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, lights).
1-year warranty on the mobility scooter frame.

Extended Warranty Period
If you wish to continue enjoying our warranty service after the original warranty period expires, you may purchase an extended warranty plan.
The extended warranty begins automatically once the original warranty period ends. For example, if your product includes a 1-year or 5-year original warranty, purchasing a 1-year extended warranty will add 1 additional year of coverage after the original warranty expires.
The coverage provided under the extended warranty remains the same as the original warranty, including the types of parts covered.
Note: No official warranty is provided for used or secondhand mobility scooters.

What is the shipping time?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days, and delivery takes about 3-7 business days depending on your address. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Can l use medical insurance for purchase?
Sorry, we currently do not support purchases with medical insurance.
Can l buy an extended warranty?
Yes. You can purchase an extended warranty separately. Please note the order number when placing an order or contact cs@scootngo.com to complete the purchase.
Can I pay in installments?
We support installment payments through Klarna, Shop Pay, and Afterpay. If you encounter any payment issues, please contact our customer service team cs@scootngo.com for assistance.
Can l take the scooter on an airplane?
The Lite and Folo models are designed for travel and can be taken on an airplane. Please note that the battery must be carried with you, and the scooter can only be checked in after the battery has been removed.
The Comfort model, however, is not suitable for air travel.
To avoid any unexpected issues, we strongly recommend checking with your airline in advance, as policies and regulations may vary.
How long does charging take?
Lite: The battery takes about 4-5 hours to fully charge one battery.
Folo: The battery takes about 5-6 hours to fully charge.
Comfort: The battery takes about 8-10 hours to fully charge.
How to check battery indicator lights?
Lite: 2 red + 3 green lights = fully charged.
Comfort/Folo:5 green + 2 yellow + 1 red = fully charged.
What can I do if my scooter doesn't power on?
Please make sure that the battery switch and the red brake handle switch are turned on before starting. lf you still cannot start the scooter after trying, please contact cs@scootngo.com.

I recently purchased the Lite model and took it to an outdoor festival for its "maiden run". I was incredibly pleased with its performance! My old scooter cost more than twice as much as the Lite, but it was finicky with all types of terrain, and it always felt unstable. The Lite was polar opposite from that! I took it over macadem, mulch, grass and gravel with no issues whatsoever. I even took it up a small hill that was about 25-30 degrees up angle and was covered with damp grass (i wouldn't suggest doing that; it was just to try it). The old scooter would not have tolerated any of this. The only real drawbacks that i found were that the batteries need a more secure way of staying in the scooter frame, and the seat was not very comfortable ( it caused me to quickly aquire a painful condition that i like to call "scooter butt"). If there could be options that could be developed that the customer could retro-fit to the scooter, that would be fantastic. All in all, an excellent machine!

It folds so easy which is awesome but I feel unsteady in it. I don’t feel to safe. It’s small. I’ve only used it in my yard. I should have gotten a bigger more steady one. Once I take it to an event for which I purchased it for, I’ll know more.
