Thank you, ScootNGo! I had the best Fourth ever. I flew to NYC for the Macy's 250 Fourth of July celebration. #AllegiantAir is the best. They helped me on and off then on and off again. They loved how easy and lite the Lite is. No problems taking it to the gate. I had a fireproof bag for the batteries. Everyone appreciated that because my flights were very full and there could have been a storage problem. The Lite was waiting for me all opened up so I just had to pop in the batteries. The staff at my daughter's building got quite a laugh as I scooted in and out. It was easy to motor my way around Battery Park to attend a street fair, nose around the SouthStreet Seaport and maneuver over to New York Harbor and the Hudson River to see the tall ships. Cobblestone, uneven bricks, flooded corner ramps getting onto some sidewalks, small turning spaces, like in the Fulton St Grocery Store were a breeze, which we hoped for in the scorching weather. I had to store it in her studio apartment and it was not a problem. Didn't need it to see the fireworks on the Brooklyn Bridge. Just stayed in her cool place and watched out the window!!

So I used my ScootNgo Lite at the airport. Very easy process. Rode it right up to the Agent Assist line and they checked us in and I gave them a paper I had downloaded off the Delta sight that asked questions about the Scooter-height, weight, type of battery, watt hours, etc. You don’t need the paper; ScootNgo has the answers on their own site and in the booklet when you unpack it. Then I rode through Security. There they checked out the scooter and I stood and went through their screening like everyone else. If you can’t stand they will pat you down while on the scooter. We then rode up to the gate where they tagged the scooter and I rode down the bridge right up to the door. I popped the batteries out, turned them off and placed each one in a bag then put the bags in the carry on. I folded the scooter and they took it on the plane. It fit. If they didn’t have room they were going to put it underneath in cargo with strollers and wheelchairs but I lucked out. I’m just saying if you are hesitating on buying one because you think it’s hassle to fly with one, it’s not! Take the leap and get one! You won’t regret it!

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and this item has made me more independent again. I wasn't sure at first, so I waited to test drive it first to make a comment. I was always independent before and it was hard for me to ask for help. I'm not perfect, but with GOD's help, this has been a Blessing for me.

Mu husband's sense of independence has been restored! We have successfully used this scooter in the department stores, on pavement and even on grass and gravel. It has really encouraged him to get outside and we are able to go for walks with ease. Also, I like how compact and relatively lightweight it is for loading and unloading out of the car. Thank you!
