At SCOOTNGO, we take great pride in the quality and durability of our products. Every mobility scooter we sell is backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, ensuring peace of mind with your purchase.
Welcome to the warranty service of our mobility scooters. This document elaborates on the details of the warranty plan, including coverage information, claim application guidelines, cancellation policies, etc.

Initial Warranty Period
We provide a one-year initial warranty service for your mobility scooters. Within this one year, if the mobility scooter fails to function properly due to material or workmanship defects, we will provide repair or replacement services for you by the provisions of this plan.
Covered Products

This warranty applies only to products, parts, and components (hereafter PRODUCTS) that have been manufactured, assembled, or sold in new condition by SCOOTNGO.

This warranty applies only to replacement repair of PRODUCTS in case of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship, in accordance with the Scope of Warranty Service, and subject to any and all exclusions, limitations, and procedures explained below.

This warranty is not transferable in any way and may not be exercised by anyone other than the original retail buyer (hereafter BUYER) of the PRODUCTS, only if the BUYER has retained constant ownership of the PRODUCTS since their original purchase of the PRODUCTS and only to PRODUCTS purchased in new condition either.
- A 1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, lights)
- A 1-year warranty on mobility scooter frame.
Extended Warranty Period
If you wish to continue enjoying the warranty service after the initial one-year warranty period, you can choose to extend the warranty term.
The extended warranty period takes effect from the end date of the initial warranty period. The specific coverage scope is the same as that of the initial warranty period, but it is subject to the various terms and conditions stipulated in this document.

As expected, good value for your money, easy to drive, easy to assemble, not heavy you can manage it without trouble, Basically you pull it out of the box, pull the batteries to turn them on, insert the key and go.
Comes without cover or carrying canvas bag, so I ordered one.
Something that I was upset about, was the front black acrylic panel where you insert key, arrived extremely dirty.

Highly recommend this mobility scooter. I am very impressed with this foldable scooter. It is very simple to operate and comfortable to ride. It is sturdy and turns easily. Lightweight enough to pick up and load in the car easily. Lights are bright at night and battery lasts hours. Exactly what I was looking for!

I've been loving this scooter ever since I got it! It's super convenient, easy to use, and such a smooth ride. Maneuvering it is a breeze! The two batteries last a long time, which is awesome. The size is just perfect for me, and it folds up easily to fit right in the trunk. It's lightweight but still feels really sturdy. Oh, and shoutout to their amazing customer service --- they've been fantastic!
