What is the shipping time?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days, and delivery takes about 3–7 business days depending on your address. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Can I take the Lite scooter on an airplane?
Yes. Both the Lite and Folo models can be taken on an airplane and are TSA approved. However, please note that the battery must be carried with you, and the scooter can only be checked in after the battery is removed. To avoid any unexpected issues, we strongly recommend that you check with your airline in advance, as some airlines may have special regulations.
Can I use medical insurance for purchase?

Scootngo scooters can handle inclines of about 6–10 degrees.
How long does charging take?
The battery takes about 3–4 hours to fully charge.
How to check battery indicator lights?
Lite: 2 red + 3 green lights = fully charged.
Comfort/Folo: 5 green + 2 yellow + 1 red = fully charged.
What’s the distance between Lite’s seat and handlebar?
Approximately 33 cm (13 inches).
What if my scooter doesn’t power on?
Please make sure that the battery switch and the red brake handle switch are turned on before starting. If you still cannot start the scooter after trying, please contact cs@scootngo.com.
