Warranty Policy
At SCOOTNGO, we take great pride in the quality and durability of our products. Every mobility scooter we sell is backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, ensuring peace of mind with your purchase.
Welcome to the warranty service of our mobility scooters. This document elaborates on the details of the warranty plan, including coverage information, claim application guidelines, cancellation policies, etc.

Initial Warranty Period
We provide a one-year initial warranty service for your mobility scooters. Within this one year, if the mobility scooter fails to function properly due to material or workmanship defects, we will provide repair or replacement services for you by the provisions of this plan.
Covered Products

This warranty applies only to products, parts, and components (hereafter PRODUCTS) that have been manufactured, assembled, or sold in new condition by SCOOTNGO.

This warranty applies only to replacement repair of PRODUCTS in case of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship, in accordance with the Scope of Warranty Service, and subject to any and all exclusions, limitations, and procedures explained below.

This warranty is not transferable in any way and may not be exercised by anyone other than the original retail buyer (hereafter BUYER) of the PRODUCTS, only if the BUYER has retained constant ownership of the PRODUCTS since their original purchase of the PRODUCTS and only to PRODUCTS purchased in new condition either.
- A 1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, lights)
- A 1-year warranty on mobility scooter frame.
Extended Warranty Period
If you wish to continue enjoying the warranty service after the initial one-year warranty period, you can choose to extend the warranty term.
The extended warranty period takes effect from the end date of the initial warranty period. The specific coverage scope is the same as that of the initial warranty period, but it is subject to the various terms and conditions stipulated in this document.
Note: No official warranty is provided for used mobility scooters.

First outing with my lite scooter at my grandsons flag football game. Sadly they lost but the scooter did great through grass and slopes. Would definitely recommend it.
At 80 years old was able to lift it into the car and head out.
Added a couple of videos so you could see the slope

I wanted to wait a few weeks after receiving this scooter to really try it out and then post a review. All I can say is that this scooter has changed life for my husband - in a very positive way! The scooter arrived well packaged, and all parts were present and intact. I had no problem assembling the scooter by myself (67-year-old female). The battery pack required an initial charge of about 6 or so hours and while my husband doesn't use it every day, it is used frequently and more than a month later it is still going strong on the initial charge. The scooter seat is lightweight, but comfortable and rotates easily for getting on/off the unit. This scooter is easy to operate and has plenty of speed/power for mobility in stores, parks, the yard, etc. The two baskets are a wonderful feature, and both are simple to place or remove as needed. Another highlight of this scooter is the weight. After partial disassembly (removing the seat, battery pack and lowering the steering column), I am able to lift this scooter in and out of the back end of our SUV. The scooter has given my husband back his mobility and it is absolutely wonderful to enjoy shopping, dining out and other adventures where he can move about on his own. I bought this unit during Prime Days for a cost of less than $500 and it has been a very worthwhile purchase! I definitely recommend this mobility scooter.

I got an email from scoot and go after my review. He gave me a number to call in the future
He is sending me new hubcaps
He made good on my Home Depot purchase
Today we took the scooter to Disney world. The battery ran like a charm. The scooter was amazing !!!! The turns are not 180 but with one slight backup it was easy to turn around.
My 86 year old mother had a ball !!!! Thank you. Hope to use it many more times !!!
Went from 3 to 5 star service !!!
The two wheel hub caps were broken. Two nuts and one screw missing. Attempted to find a number to call in the booklet. None. Contacted the seller on here with pics - crickets
But a run to Home Depot fixed the screws. Charged relatively fast. Will use it next week.
But if issues - who do you call ??

The scooter arrived on time as described. It's spacious, and the battery lasts a long time. It's not too heavy to lift into the car, but it's sturdy. Great seller. Great scooter for the price.
