At SCOOTNGO, we take great pride in the quality and durability of our products. Every mobility scooter we sell is backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, ensuring peace of mind with your purchase.
Welcome to the warranty service of our mobility scooters. This document elaborates on the details of the warranty plan, including coverage information, claim application guidelines, cancellation policies, etc.

Initial Warranty Period
We provide a one-year initial warranty service for your mobility scooters. Within this one year, if the mobility scooter fails to function properly due to material or workmanship defects, we will provide repair or replacement services for you by the provisions of this plan.
Covered Products
- This warranty applies only to products, parts, and components (hereafter PRODUCTS) that have been manufactured, assembled, or sold in new condition by SCOOTNGO.
- This warranty applies only to replacement repair of PRODUCTS in case of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship, in accordance with the Scope of Warranty Service, and subject to any and all exclusions, limitations, and procedures explained below.
- This warranty is not transferable in any way and may not be exercised by anyone other than the original retail buyer (hereafter BUYER) of the PRODUCTS, only if the BUYER has retained constant ownership of the PRODUCTS since their original purchase of the PRODUCTS and only to PRODUCTS purchased in new condition either.
- A 1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, lights)
- A 1-year warranty on mobility scooter frame.
Extended Warranty Period
If you wish to continue enjoying the warranty service after the initial one-year warranty period, you can choose to extend the warranty term.
The extended warranty period takes effect from the end date of the initial warranty period. The specific coverage scope is the same as that of the initial warranty period, but it is subject to the various terms and conditions stipulated in this document.

What is the shipping time?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days, and delivery takes about 3-7 business days depending on your address. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Can l use medical insurance for purchase?
Sorry, we currently do not support purchases with medical insurance.
Can l buy an extended warranty?
Yes. You can purchase an extended warranty separately. Please note the order number when placing an order or contact cs@scootngo.com to complete the purchase.
Can I pay in installments?
We support installment payments through Klarna, Shop Pay, and Afterpay. If you encounter any payment issues, please contact our customer service team cs@scootngo.com for assistance.
Can l take the Lite scooter on an airplane?
Yes. Both the Lite and Folo models can be taken on an airplane and are TSA approved. However, please note that the battery must be carried with you, and the scooter can only be checked in after the battery is removed. To avoid any unexpected issues, we strongly recommend that you check with your airline in advance, as some airlines may have special regulations.
How long does charging take?
Lite: The battery takes about 4-5 hours to fully charge one battery.
Folo: The battery takes about 5-6 hours to fully charge.
Comfort: The battery takes about 8-10 hours to fully charge.
How to check battery indicator lights?
Lite: 2 red + 3 green lights = fully charged.
Comfort/Folo:5 green + 2 yellow + 1 red = fully charged.
What can I do if my scooter doesn't power on?
Please make sure that the battery switch and the red brake handle switch are turned on before starting. lf you still cannot start the scooter after trying, please contact cs@scootngo.com.

As advertised. Small and lightweight, easy to transport. Great for activities around town.
Not sure how comfortable it would be after 12 hours at Disney World, might rather rent a bigger model for that but for ease of transporting it in any car, it is great. No need for a van.

I went to a senior citizen is luncheon yesterday and they were giving everyone that attended cushion seats. When I got home I put it on my scooter to see if it would fit and it worked wonderfully. It gives me a little more height and it is so soft and comfortable

I have two scooters. One I keep at home and the other one is at my daughter's house. Even though it is easy to travel with through the airport, I travel with my dog. So now I just leave a scooter there. I have added a bicycle extension bar in order to attach an accessory bag and a drink/ cell phone holder. I've added my dog's carrier by hooking it over the seat.
