Période de garantie initiale et produits couverts
Cette garantie s'applique uniquement aux produits, pièces et composants (ci-après PRODUITS) qui ont été fabriqués, assemblés ou vendus à l'état neuf par SCOOTNGO. Elle couvre le remplacement ou la réparation en cas de défaut de fabrication des matériaux ou de la main-d'œuvre, sous réserve des exclusions, limitations et procédures expliquées ci-dessous.
Cette garantie est non transférable et s'applique uniquement à l'acheteur au détail original (ci-après ACHETEUR) qui a conservé la propriété constante des PRODUITS depuis leur achat initial à l'état neuf.
Nos périodes de garantie initiale varient selon le modèle, comme indiqué ci-dessous :

Par exemple, si votre produit inclut une garantie originale de 1 ou 5 ans, l'achat d'une garantie prolongée d'un an ajoutera 1 an de couverture supplémentaire après l'expiration de la garantie originale.

What is the shipping time?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days, and delivery takes about 3-7 business days depending on your address. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Can l use medical insurance for purchase?
Sorry, we currently do not support purchases with medical insurance.
Can l buy an extended warranty?
Yes. You can purchase an extended warranty separately. Please note the order number when placing an order or contact cs@scootngo.com to complete the purchase.
Can I pay in installments?
We support installment payments through Klarna, Shop Pay, and Afterpay. If you encounter any payment issues, please contact our customer service team cs@scootngo.com for assistance.
Can l take the scooter on an airplane?
The Lite and Folo models are designed for travel and can be taken on an airplane. Please note that the battery must be carried with you, and the scooter can only be checked in after the battery has been removed.
The Comfort model, however, is not suitable for air travel.
To avoid any unexpected issues, we strongly recommend checking with your airline in advance, as policies and regulations may vary.
How long does charging take?
Lite: The battery takes about 4-5 hours to fully charge one battery.
Folo: The battery takes about 5-6 hours to fully charge.
Comfort: The battery takes about 8-10 hours to fully charge.
How to check battery indicator lights?
Lite: 2 red + 3 green lights = fully charged.
Comfort/Folo:5 green + 2 yellow + 1 red = fully charged.
What can I do if my scooter doesn't power on?
Please make sure that the battery switch and the red brake handle switch are turned on before starting. lf you still cannot start the scooter after trying, please contact cs@scootngo.com.

Overall I like it. I've had it a month and use it often. I bought a gel seat cushion separately it could be a bit more comfortable, It is relatively easy to get in and out of the trunk. I'm 65 with limited mobility. It's rattling a bit on the left rear wheel - may need a minor repair. The speed is plenty at least 5 mph and easy to control with the tiller throttle and stops quickly when released. I hope it is durable if so I would give it a weak 5. The battery could hold the charge a bit better but decent. At this price point I think it's a fair price. On the cheaper side and it's light and not junk. There are probably better ones at the same 45lbs at a higher cost. I researched thoroughly before buying,

My husband has back pain which makes walking distances not possible. With the scooter he can get out and about the neighborhood. If I go with him he can walk while I drive the scooter and when the pain kicks in he can get back on the scooter - the best of both worlds. We are traveling with family and he can join us on nature walks.
We live in an apartment and it folds up small enough to put in a corner out of the way. I am 78 and can put it in the car by myself. I have had a couple of questions and customer support is actually there. A call or email gets a response within a day and it is helpful information.

Thank you, ScootNGo! I had the best Fourth ever. I flew to NYC for the Macy's 250 Fourth of July celebration. #AllegiantAir is the best. They helped me on and off then on and off again. They loved how easy and lite the Lite is. No problems taking it to the gate. I had a fireproof bag for the batteries. Everyone appreciated that because my flights were very full and there could have been a storage problem. The Lite was waiting for me all opened up so I just had to pop in the batteries. The staff at my daughter's building got quite a laugh as I scooted in and out. It was easy to motor my way around Battery Park to attend a street fair, nose around the SouthStreet Seaport and maneuver over to New York Harbor and the Hudson River to see the tall ships. Cobblestone, uneven bricks, flooded corner ramps getting onto some sidewalks, small turning spaces, like in the Fulton St Grocery Store were a breeze, which we hoped for in the scorching weather. I had to store it in her studio apartment and it was not a problem. Didn't need it to see the fireworks on the Brooklyn Bridge. Just stayed in her cool place and watched out the window!!
